$1400 bumper repair, which did not stay fixed. So I came back. Had to pay a second time to repair THEIR faulty repair. Then THAT did not last either. And horrible scratching sound ever since the repair. Bad craftsmanship. Bad business practices.

Repeating what I wrote on jay’s because they are connected. Had my car towed here after I wasn’t able to drive it due to what looked like a mounting issue. They called me the next day and they seemed kind enough. He immediately tells me it’s going to be an insurance claim as most of the under portion of my car was damaged. Asked me what I had hit and I had hit a very shallow pot hole but that’s it. Was waiting on a quote to get to my insurance company but while waiting I took a look at the reviews and just didn’t get a good feeling. Had it towed to Subaru and they told me only one of the issues they mentioned was true. So a repair that would have cost over 10k was only $525. Subaru advised me to never take it back to this

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I left my Tesla Model Y here for 6 weeks and got it back in worse condition. Gave them a second chance — another 5 weeks — and the car came back unsafe and not operable. Now dealing with: - Multiple calibration issues - Loose, paint is peeling off front bumper - Broken turn signal - Out-of-pocket windshield replacement Owner is completely unresponsive. Based on my experience, this shop is unprofessional, unreliable, and should not be trusted with your vehicle.

Stay Clear. I had an extremely frustrating experience with this auto repair shop after my accident. The communication was terrible, actually nonexistent. I never received updates about my vehicle unless I called them myself. My car sat at their shop for three months, and I still struggled to get clear answers about what was happening. Because the repairs were taking so long, I even asked about removing my car from their shop. The owner told me not to worry and said they would handle the rental car bill due to the delay. Based on that assurance, I allowed my vehicle to remain there. However, once the insurance company determined the vehicle was totaled, the owner suddenly changed his mind and refused to pay the rental bill. As a result, I was left responsible for a $2,500 rental car bill, something I would have never agreed to if I had known they would back out of what they told me. If I had received honest communication from the beginning, I would have removed my vehicle immediately and taken it somewhere else. This experience cost me time, money, and a lot of unnecessary stress. I strongly recommend saving yourself the headache and going somewhere else.

Front end collision with a deer on my older pick up. Got three estimates. Scott's was very competive regrding the estimates. What impressed my and finalized the repairs was the personalized service. Something that consumers don't find anymore. Scott personally made sure that all work was done correctly. You are personally dealing with the owner. not a representative of the business. Had to have some additional work done, dropped off my truck and Scott drove me to my home that day since I did not have a ride. I would highly recommend Scott's for any work that needs to be done.
